The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) has praised Mr. Hassan Imam, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Keystone Bank Limited, for his exemplary leadership in revitalizing and repositioning the bank’s operations within a short period since assuming office.
The commendation came during a courtesy visit by the institute’s president, Dr. Ken Opara, and council members to the bank’s headquarters in Lagos last Wednesday.

Imam, in response, expressed gratitude for the visit and reaffirmed Keystone Bank’s commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and corporate governance. He emphasized the bank’s dedication to effecting positive changes and achieving remarkable growth under his leadership. Imam highlighted significant milestones achieved within three months, including doubling monthly account openings and implementing initiatives to support education in Nigeria by assisting public schools with essential resources.
Imam acknowledged the invaluable support from the bank’s staff, customers, and stakeholders, underscoring their role in the bank’s progress and success.
