GOVERNOR ABDULRAZAQ BOOSTS KWARA JUDICIARY WITH NEW TOYOTA JEEPS

In a remarkable show of commitment to enhancing the welfare of judges in Kwara State, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq recently presented top-of-the-range Toyota Jeeps to judges at the State High Court. The gesture, which underscores the administration’s dedication to supporting the judiciary, aims to improve the efficiency and comfort of judges in discharging their duties.

The highlight of the presentation was the allocation of a 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser to the Chief Judge, Justice Abiodun Ayodele Adebara. This move symbolizes the government’s efforts to prioritize the needs of the judiciary and provide them with the necessary tools to deliver justice effectively.

Speaking at the event, Justice Adebara expressed gratitude to Governor AbdulRazaq for his administration’s prompt response to the judiciary’s needs. He noted that the last time judges received vehicles from the government was eight years ago, highlighting the significance of the recent gesture in enhancing the dignity of the judiciary.

Furthermore, Governor AbdulRazaq reaffirmed his commitment to workers’ welfare, assuring civil servants in Kwara State of the government’s readiness to implement a new minimum wage as soon as all processes are concluded.
