Keystone Bank Reassures Stakeholders as New Leadership Takes Charge

Keystone Bank Limited, a prominent commercial bank in Nigeria, has provided assurance to its stakeholders, customers, and partners nationwide, ensuring uninterrupted and seamless operations under the oversight of its new management.

In a statement released on Friday, the bank emphasized its commitment to conducting operations and serving its extensive customer base in compliance with the guidelines set by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). The bank’s new leadership, led by Hassan Imam, is dedicated to steering Keystone Bank in its operations.

The statement affirmed that the bank is actively functioning across all its branches and channels. It reassured stakeholders, including customers, partners, and others, of Keystone Bank’s unwavering dedication to serving them. The bank remains focused on safeguarding customer deposits, financial well-being, and maintaining the trust placed in them by stakeholders.

Hassan Imam, the newly appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Keystone Bank, brings with him over 25 years of banking experience. Prior to taking on this role, he served as the Executive Director of the North Directorate at Fidelity Bank from January 2020. Imam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and three Master’s Degrees, including an MBA from Business School Netherlands. He is also a member of the Chartered Public Accountant.
