The Nigerian Bottling Company (NBC) Limited has received prestigious awards at this year’s ECOWAS Manufacturing Excellence Awards (EMEA), organized by Independent Newspapers, BusinessDay-Ghana, and African Consolidated Analytical Limited.
The awards ceremony, held in Lagos, recognized NBC’s exceptional contributions across three key categories, including ‘ECOWAS Soft Drink Manufacturing Company of the Year’ and ‘ECOWAS Youth Empowerment Manufacturing Company of the Year.’ These awards underscore NBC’s dedication to job creation, skills development, and empowering young Africans while fostering growth within the manufacturing sector.
Furthermore, the awards spotlight NBC’s unwavering commitment to excellence in product quality, safety, and innovation, in accordance with industry standards.
Goran Sladic, the Managing Director of NBC, was also honored as the ‘Manufacturing CEO of the Year.’ This accolade acknowledges his outstanding leadership, strategic vision, and significant contributions to the growth and development of the manufacturing sector in the ECOWAS region.
The ECOWAS Manufacturing Excellence Award celebrates exceptional individuals and organizations in the manufacturing industry who have demonstrated innovative excellence in their operations and have made remarkable contributions to the local economy’s growth.
