Prime Minister Dr. Terrance Drew of St. Kitts and Nevis has formally invited Nigerian investors and business leaders to attend the second edition of the Investment Gateway Summit (IGS), set to take place from May 31 to June 3, 2025.
This flagship four-day event will bring together global investors, economic citizens, and industry experts to explore new opportunities in the Caribbean, with St. Kitts and Nevis positioning itself as a premier destination for sustainable and impactful investment.
Prime Minister Drew extended the invitation especially to Nigerian stakeholders already connected through the country’s Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Programme, highlighting the strengthening partnership between the two nations. He recalled the success of the inaugural summit in 2024, expressing confidence that IGS 2025 will further amplify economic collaboration and innovation.
Themed “Investment to Impact: Our Journey to a Sustainable Island State,” the summit will focus on key growth areas such as renewable energy, technology, infrastructure, and environmentally conscious development. It reflects St. Kitts and Nevis’ long-term vision of becoming a model Sustainable Island State.
The event will include panel discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities, offering Nigerian participants a strategic entry point into Caribbean markets. It will also provide detailed insights into the evolving CBI Programme, known for its emphasis on transparency, resilience, and ethical investment.
Earlier in the year, Prime Minister Drew and CIU Chairman Calvin St. Juste visited Nigeria to deepen diplomatic and economic ties—an initiative that laid the foundation for expanded cooperation between Africa and the Caribbean.
With registration now open, the IGS 2025 Summit invites a diverse cohort of investors, policy makers, and entrepreneurs eager to make meaningful impact and forge lasting partnerships.
As Nigeria and St. Kitts and Nevis continue to build on shared goals and mutual trust, the summit is poised to be a milestone in strengthening intercontinental investment links.
