Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers is set to reward young Nigerians with a total of N32 million in the second edition of its FUSE Talent Hunt. This platform is designed to showcase and support creative young Nigerians excelling in various fields, including music, dance, fashion, and technology, offering them the opportunity to project their work to a larger audience.
In contrast to its debut edition, the Pension Managers have introduced a two-week boot camp for the show, allowing 28 finalists to hone their skills and compete for a portion of this year’s N32 million prize money, with 12 winners set to emerge.
Speaking to the press in Lagos, Mr. Olumide Oyetan, the Chief Executive of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers, emphasized that the FUZE initiative underscores the company’s commitment to nurturing creativity and innovation among young Nigerians aged 18 to 35 in the fields of music, dance, fashion, and technology.
Oyetan confirmed that winners in each category would receive N5 million, while the first and second runners-up would be rewarded with N2 million and N1 million, respectively. Additionally, the winners will gain industry recognition and access to mentorship opportunities to support their creative careers and enterprises.
