UNILAG STUDENTS BEGIN PUBLISHING TRAINING AT WORITAL

Lagos, Nigeria — Students from the University of Lagos have commenced a one-week publishing training at the offices of Worital, one of Nigeria’s leading book publishing companies. This initiative is part of a growing collaboration between Worital and educational institutions to equip students with practical knowledge and experience in publishing.

Speaking on the development, Fola Folagbade, Founder of Worital, stated, “Today, students from UNILAG resumed at Worital. They will be working with us for the next week, learning publishing directly from the publisher. Worital is the standard.”

This marks the third time educational institutions have partnered with Worital, sending students to gain hands-on experience in the publishing field. The training program offers an immersive opportunity for students to understand the intricacies of the publishing industry, including editing, design, marketing, and distribution.

Worital’s commitment to excellence and its role as a trailblazer in the Nigerian publishing industry continues to make it a preferred destination for schools seeking to expose their students to industry best practices.

As Worital reinforces its reputation as a hub of knowledge and innovation, it also underscores its dedication to nurturing the next generation of publishing professionals in Nigeria.
